Additional second hour (optional): $150
Returning Client: $200/hr

The cart invoice indicates items are $6 each for shipping. Actually, multi-item orders will be substantially less, but the shopping cart does not recognize this.
Products are sent via USPS priority mail and the rate is established by your location and product weight. We can ship up to 2 books for $6 in the USA but after that it increases. The actual invoice with correct charges is included in your package.
The invoice generated online does not automatically deduct from your credit card, we do it here off line, so your statement will reflect only the correct charges.

* It will be shipped via USPS priority mail for $17, which will be added to your total. (If you order more than one book, shipping costs may rise.) We realize this is costly (in fact we think it's ridiculous), but the rate is based on the USPS cost of mailing overseas.
