* By scheduling you readily consent to the full contents of the BZ private session agreement sent to you in advance.

* Arizona does not participate in the national time change. We are on Pacific Time the 2nd Sunday in March  thru the first Sunday in November and Mountain Time the remainder of the year. Be sure to match your appointment to the right time zone. (Insane, isn't it?)

* Do not send payment or session materials in advance without first contacting us to schedule a confirmed appointment; we cannot be responsible for any submissions sent this way. Directions will be provided once we speak with you via email or phone; either Tim (office manager) or Marcia will get back to you.

The 3 hr option is available only for on site appointments in Phoenix with Marcia's pre-approval. This block is nontransferable; it must be used in one session and is usually reserved for pet work or other special circumstances.

A $20 travel surcharge for an onsite visit will be added for all appointments in the greater Phoenix area.

Sessions: We have a firm no refund policy if you decide to cancel, as sessions are quite popular and you have taken a spot that could have been used for someone else waiting to get in.

PRIVACY POLICY

We do not share your information outside our company. If we have a guest speaker in and you buy his or her products, we usually share your information as many of them ship directly from their center of operation, or want to notify you of their future events. We may put you on our list to tell you if we are speaking in your area or offering a cyberseminar, but these are infrequent communications. If you receive it and don't want to be on it, it contains directions to be removed. We want to be in partnership with you, and abhor spam as much as you do.
